Don't think an African or an Asian country will do it....they may have the raw talent but at a stage like the world Cup, experience counts and European teams have been at it for decades....they know how to turn things around in most cases...

that has always been the case....England has always had the players and the talent...Outside the World Cup they are one of the most consistent teams...always hovering around 3-5 spot in the rankings...of course, that is considering the World Cup win…
